CLUBS @ WHITE RIVER!

At White River there are many opportunities to learn about technology. Technology taught in the classroom ranges from Video Productions to Graphic Design.

    The Video Productions program at White River is one of the best. The class has new state of the art equipment and it is always being upgraded. Students in the class, DABZ, get to make videos for competitions, along with broadcasts for the school to see every week. The editing room for the Video Production class has one of the most high tech systems available in Washington State.

    The Graphic design class allows students to explore how designs for companies and other  items are made. It also teaches how to use the  proper programs for the type of work that is being done. These programs include Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Photoshop, and many more!

    Another technology class is Computer Repair, it teaches students how to troubleshoot a computer. These skills that they learn from the class benefit the school because the students work on fixing the computers at school. This class teaches students skills that could later be used for a career.

 Ever since the opening of White River High School it has developed its educational program to promote many branches of technology. From the classes that are offered and the teachers that are instructing, White River has a great program.
