White River School District is seeking proposals from private businesses or corporations interested in naming rights of the White River High School Stadium.  This is an opportunity to benefit from publicity within our local and surrounding communities through signage, promotional items, and other printed information.

We are offering a ten-year minimum contract with a monthly contribution of $1,000, with annual cost of living adjustments.  The business/corporation will also pay initial cost of pre-approved signage on the stadium itself.   The White River School District Administration will use these funds to support the expenses associated with student athletics and activities occurring at the track and field, or items to enhance our athletic programs.  A district committee will annually determine appropriate use of the funds.

The following criteria will be considered during the evaluation process:

  1. Submitted application or letter of intent. Call 360 829-3814 to obtain application form.

  2. Company or organization must be a reputable business/corporation.  It’s mission and history must align with the core values of the White River School District.  Must not be an “adult” business.

  3. Business/corporation must be located within the boundaries of the White River School District.

  4. The business/corporation must be able to provide proof that they can meet the financial obligations of their proposal.

  5. Business/corporation must have made a significant contribution to all schools in the White River School District, or have an existing positive relationship with the District.

  6. Two letters of reference.

Proposals must be received in the Superintendent’s office no later than June 29, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
