Staff Wellness and Supports

Each of us is struggling in different ways during this difficult time. We wanted to put together some resources for you to use.
White River School District employees who qualify for SEBB (School Employees Benefits Board) can access the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
This program allows employees to access a small number of free, short term counseling sessions without the use of their medical benefits. These counseling sessions are provided by a mental health therapist. Currently, sessions are offered virtually. Generally, the therapist who provides EAP sessions is also contracted with medical insurance panels so the employee could continue counseling with that therapist when EAP sessions are done. Once that happens, medical insurance is used for counseling sessions so deductibles and co-payments do apply.
