Board Meeting Information
The White River School District Board of Directors meets at the District Board/Conference Room located at 310 River Avenue North in Buckley.
Meetings are usually held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 5:30 pm.
Regular Board Business Meetings, usually on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, include action items and a scheduled time for public comment.
The agenda will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Regular Board Study Session Meetings, usually on the 4th Wednesday of each month (except November, December, July, and August). These meetings are focused on specific topics or study sessions. Public comment is generally not available at study sessions.
The agenda will be posted 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Special Session Meetings, are meetings that are held on a date other than a regularly scheduled meeting and notice must be announced to the public at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
All meetings are open to the public. Minutes will be posted within 24 hours after approval.

Notice of Meeting Change
- The Regular Board Meeting for November has been moved to November 12, 2026, due to the Veterans' Day Holiday
- The February 24, 2027, Study Session Meeting has been rescheduled to start at 9:00 am instead of the usual 5:30 pm.
- The June 23, 2027, Study Session has been rescheduled to start at 8:00 am instead of the usual 5:30 pm.
- The Regular Board Meeting for August has been moved to August 18, 2027, starting at 4:00 pm instead of the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm
