Policy & Procedures for the White River School District

Kathleen Ebert 360-829-3829 & Cindy Ashcraft 360-829-3830

Kathleen and Cindy are here to help you with payroll, benefits and retirement questions. Feel free to email, call or visit in person.

You will find that most of the district required forms are form fill-able,  This allows you to use the tab feature to move about a form and enter in the information required - then just print, sign and submit to your supervisor.

It is our hope that these forms are easy to use and will enable you to quickly and efficiently complete forms that you need.
The White River School District makes it easy to become a new vendor.  We require an up-to-date W9 for all new vendors and we may collect retirement status information.  Please submit your completed W9 to the Business office via Email or fax: 360-829-3843.

Also, if you are contracting services with us, we will require a contract between your business and the White River designee who is hiring you.  All necessary forms are available below for your convenience.
