a my name is Amanda Berry kids call me mrs. Berry and I am from Foothills Elementary and I'm the school counselor and today I wanted to talk to parents and Guardians about the importance of clay for the kids but for themselves obviously for kids and are just creativity and it's really important. Go go go and get things done are we all have a lot going on in a lot to do and we have some stress so the good thing about play for adults is it helps with our stress as well I'm a releases endorphins and improve brain functionality encourage the Guardians intolerance in adults to set aside 10 to 15 minutes minimum of intentional play with your student or child coloring drawing a game iSpy Simon Says and it could be something that the student loves to do or something you want them to try because you would prefer doing it the point is just to kind of be together and employee together do it intentionally kids that might mean you shoot some hoops you can do that safely you go for a walk have a conversation get a conversation about what that play might look like for that cuz it might be different a card game whatever so anyways I just encourage you guys to do that by
