Kids Club Before & After School Care
Current School Year:
For families who are interested in Kids Club for the 2023-2024 school year, please go to our catalog and add your child's name to the Kids Club Interest form for the 23-24 options for the school they attend.
Availability is limited at each site due to staffing and classroom size:
Early Learning Center - After School Only(3-6:15PM)
Elk Ridge - No Availability
Foothills - Call for Information
Mtn Meadow/Wilkeson - After School Only(3-6:15PM)
We will not be accepting any NEW Drop In Registrations at our sites. Families who are already enrolled can still purchase additional drop in cards.
Next School Year:
On March 1st we will be opening sign up for the 2024-2025 school year. There will be a few changes for the upcoming year.
Early Learning Center Update
Starting September 2024, based on changes in half-day programs at the Early Learning Center and limited space, there will be no mid-day childcare available during the school day. Preschool childcare sessions at the Early Learning Center are available for AM sessions before (6 - 9am) and PM sessions after (3:25 - 6:15pm) school.
Drop In Update
Starting in 2024-2025 school year, Drop Ins will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining sessions on a user's account at the end of the school year will expire.
** Please note that by completing this form it does not guarantee you will receive a spot at Kids Club as priority at each site will go to families who were enrolled during the previous year (excluding drop ins). We will do our best to accomodate as many families as our program will allow.
If you are interested in any availability for the current school year, please contact the CAP office directly and we will check for availability at your child's school.

Inclement Weather
If the White River School District is running 2 hours late due to inclement weather, Kids Club will also run 2 hours late. (example, a 2 hour delay will cause the 6 am normal open time to be 8 am)
If the White River School District is closed or children are sent home early Kids Club will also be closed.
