Free and Reduced Meal Applications

Applications are available in several ways; at all school offices, are available to print below, and securely online through Family Access. Online applications are not available in Spanish at this time. Instructions are also included below, which will help you through all the required steps. 

 

 

Please be sure to check off the Consent to Share Eligibility Information box.  By checking this box, permission is given to share eligibility status for other program benefits, including ASB cards, sports/athletic fees, etc.
